Refund Policy

The short version: If round one misses your brief, we rework. If round two misses, full refund. Full version below.

This policy is written to be fair, predictable, and consistent with what the site promises. It deliberately does not overreach: enforceable, consistent terms protect the business in chargeback and regulatory disputes far better than aggressive ones that get voided.

1. Revisions Included (by plan)

Revisions are included as follows, matching the plan you purchased at checkout:

  • Free Preview and Trial: no revision rounds
  • Launch (Static / Video / Bundle): 2 revision rounds
  • Scale (Static / Video / Bundle): 3 revision rounds
  • Dominate (Static / Video / Bundle): 3 revision rounds

A "revision" refines delivered creatives against your original written brief. Requests that change the brand, product, creative direction, or scope are new orders, not revisions. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of each delivery batch via the client portal or hello@growoutco.com.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • We fail to deliver within the delivery window for your plan (see Delivery Policy) and do not cure within a reasonable time; or
  • After you have used all included revision rounds, the final deliverables still do not materially meet your original written brief; or
  • We are unable to fulfil your order.

Refunds are not available where:

  • You have accepted and downloaded the final unwatermarked files; or
  • You have published or run any delivered creative in advertising; or
  • All included revision rounds have been completed and the deliverables meet the written brief; or
  • The dissatisfaction relates to advertising performance (ROAS, CTR, conversions, platform approval) rather than the creative not matching your written brief — we do not guarantee performance (see Terms §10); or
  • The brief contained insufficient or incorrect information that materially caused the issue.

The $9 Trial and $0 Free Preview are promotional and non-refundable.

3. Failure-to-Deliver Remedy

If we miss your delivery window and do not cure within a reasonable time, you may choose a priority free re-delivery or a full refund of that order.

4. Delivery Windows (reference)

Delivery windows by plan are stated in the Delivery Policy and reflect the plan you purchased (static, video, and bundle plans have different windows). The working-day rule in the Delivery Policy applies to all windows. There is no blanket 24-hour promise; each plan's window controls.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@growoutco.com, subject "Refund Request - [Order Reference]", with your name, order reference, and the brief-mismatch reason. We acknowledge within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days via Stripe to the original payment method.

6. Effect of a Refund on the Licence

If a refund is issued (or a payment is reversed/charged back), the commercial licence in Terms §4 terminates automatically. You must immediately cease use of and remove the affected creatives from all advertising and channels. Continued use after a refund is unauthorised use of our intellectual property and we may pursue available remedies, including takedown notices and recovery of the order amount.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a concern, contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of client-portal access and future orders, and the dispute being addressed through Stripe's process with our records. We do not threaten retaliation beyond protecting against unwarranted reversals.
